Papa’s Story

I’ve always been obsessed with indian culture and cuisine, even before visiting the wonderful Indian sub-continent. Finally, in 2017 my wife and I made it out to India and had a transformative experience. The smells, the noises, the tastes, the crowds, the traffic, the heat, the cows, the culture.

Since our trip to India, I’ve been researching recipes and experimenting with spices for curries and brewing masala chai until I found a blend that transports my senses back to the bustling, traffic-filled streets of Dheli, the heat on the dirt roads of Jaisalmar, and the long, bumpy train journeys throug the vast and wonderful sub-continent.

With PAPA’S CHAI spice blend, I try to bring you a little glimpse into the smells, the tastes, the heat, and the culutre that we’ve experienced on our travels to India.
